Really enjoyed your video and may I say you look lovely. Pam I like the idea of tea being offered but when you have a lot of people with short visits eg. 5 minutes electrolysis or lip , eyebrow etc this doent seem plausible But I like your consistency idea. Suggestions

Hi Wendy, what I suggest is that whatever you do, do it consistently. With 5 min appointments, I would try to see how I could still offer something refreshing without having to go and make a hot drink. Perhaps a small water cooler with some sliced lemon in a covered bowl. This would be a serve-yourself situation but always on hand.
