Because of this, I am passionate about helping Salon and Spa owners to achieve their professional goals. As such, my role as coach and mentor is to advise, sustain and develop you so that you will thrive both financially and professionally.
I have owned and operated two very successful beauty salons, the last one being Tuscany Beauty Retreat, which is located on the beautiful Gold Coast. This salon was built from four bare walls, a concrete floor with zero clients and grew into a very busy and profitable business over the 10 year period prior to being sold in 2005. It is still operating successfully today.
As well as running these businesses, I have also gained extensive experience across a variety of other business types. This wide variety of experience has given me a tremendous amount of business knowledge gained at the coalface and this in turn, is what I bring to you during your coaching experience.
You get to benefit from all of the lessons I have learned and the skills I have developed which in turn will allow you to move forward in your business and sidestep many of the painful experiences small business owners encounter along the road to eventual success.
I am currently the face of SalonSavy, a specialist coaching, training and consulting resource for Salons and Spas, Suppliers and Manufacturers, and Industry Associations. As a knowledgeable business owner, as well as an industry coach, trainer and speaker, I have helped many businesses to achieve the kind of success that they had not been able to achieve on their own.
My particular skills and achievements lie with people management and business development and I am the author of the SalonSavy PEProgram as well as the Platinum Plus and Laser Mentoring Programs.
I have also recently published my new book “3 ½ Secrets to Salon Success” which is aimed at helping salon owners tap into the synergy of the Key Performance Indicators in their salons.
